Janet Marie Tigue of South Scranton passed away peacefully Tuesday at home surrounded by her family and beloved dog, Coco. She is the widow of John P. Tigue Sr., who died on Oct. 7, 2001.

After retirement, her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved watching them after school and attending all their various activities. She always loved to be surrounded by family, whether it was a family vacation to the beach, just gathering for dinners at her house or cookouts at the pool.
