Albert W. Rose, 87, a resident of Allied Services, Scranton, died Sunday morning at the facility. His wife was the late former Ethel Kirby. She died July 13, 2003.
Born in Scranton he was the son of the late Albert Henry and Ida Koelsch Rose. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s high School and attended Mount St. Mary’s College. He was a former member of St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church.
Surviving are a sister Ethel M. Golo, Scranton and a brother Robert F. Rose, Gainesville, FL.
Per Albert’s wishes the services will be private.
Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to Corey Brian Strauch Services, LLC, funeral home office located at , 602 Birch Street, Scranton, PA 18505.
